Event narrative (NOAA)

Excessive heat returned to the region with temperatures at or above 105 along with heat indices at or above 110. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office attributed a death on July 15th to Hyperthermia. Temperatures on this day were around 100 degrees.
