Event narrative (NOAA)

Cold morning temperatures were 4 to 7 degrees below normal across Southeastern Arizona. The Sierra Vista Municipal Airport reached a low temperature of 45 degrees Fahrenheit. The Pima County Medical Examiner confirmed that environmental cold exposure was the primary factor in the cause of death for an individual in Huachuca City.
