Event narrative (NOAA)

Record cold resulted in two fatalities in the Tucson Metro Area. A woman in her late 30's was found dead in an alley near East Speedway and North Campbell Ave. A second woman was also found dead near East Grant and North Craycroft. An autopsy was performed. Another person was also found lying out in the cold nearly frozen and was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
