Cold morning temperatures were 2 to 4 degrees below normal across Southeastern Arizona. Tucson International Airport ASOS reached a low temperature of 39 degrees Fahrenheit. The Pima County Medical Examiner confirmed that environmental cold exposure was the primary factor in the cause of death for two individuals, one in Tucson and one in Sahuarita.
