Cold morning temperatures were 4 to 7 degrees below normal across Southeastern Arizona. The Safford Airport reached a low temperature of 28 degrees Fahrenheit. The Pima County Medical Examiner confirmed that environmental cold exposure was the primary factor in the cause of death for an individual in Pima.
