Event narrative (NOAA)

Cold morning temperatures were 10 to 15 degrees below normal across Southeastern Arizona. Stations in the Willcox area reached low temperatures of 11 and 14 degrees Fahrenheit. The Pima County Medical Examiner confirmed that hypothermia was the primary factor in the cause of death for an individual in Willcox.
