Cold morning temperatures were near normal across Southeastern Arizona. Nogales International Airport reached a low temperature of 35 degrees Fahrenheit. The Pima County Medical Examiner confirmed that environmental cold exposure was the primary factor in the cause of death for an individual in Nogales.
