Cold morning temperatures 7 to 10 degrees below normal across Southeastern Arizona. Tucson International Airport reached a low temperature of 47 degrees Fahrenheit. The Pima County Medical Examiner confirmed that cold was the primary factor in the cause of death for an individual in Tucson.
