Event narrative (NOAA)

Roughly one inch of ice encrusted Kingman County during the ice storm which resulted in approximately 1000 downed power poles and power lines down throughout the county. Damage to the electrical infrastructure is estimated at around $15 million. There was also widespread damage to trees but the cost of the damage is unknown.
