Event narrative (NOAA)
A vehicle was driven off the road, possibly due to hydroplaning, and down an embankment. The vehicle slid into a flooded culvert and then was washed downstream into a creek. The driver of the vehicle drowned, and was found the next morning in Mingo Creek about 4000 feet downstream from where the vehicle entered the flood water.
