Event narrative (NOAA)
Two young men, ages 17 and 18, went into Pennington Creek during Sunday (10/07/2018) afternoon. The young men were reported missing. A search and rescue team was organized and the bodies were found a few days later. The EM noted the creek was about six feet over its banks on Sunday.
