Event narrative (NOAA)

Flooding continued across the southern half of Stephens County after several inches of rain fell in a short period of time as a squall line moved through the area. One person lost her life after the truck she was riding in was overcome by floodwaters near Hwy 183 along Gunsolus Creek.
