Event narrative (NOAA)

Three vehicles stalled at 122nd and Penn Ave. One fatality occurred at the intersection of Barnes and 118th when a middle aged man was swept away into a nearby drainage culvert. Time of fatality was around 0130 CDT on August 9th.
