Event narrative (NOAA)

A van carrying three women was washed off of HWY 58 south of Carnegie as torrential rain fell for several hours. Unfortunately, all three women perished as their vehicle was washed downstream. Another car was washed off the roadway six miles south of Carnegie. No injuries were reported with this accident. Monetary damages were estimated.
