Event narrative (NOAA)

According to a police report a 3 year old girl let herself into a vehicle around 1 PM. Afternoon high temperatures rose into the lower 90s with heat index values in the upper 90s to around 100 degrees. The girl was found unresponsive and died on August 13th.
