Event narrative (NOAA)

A thirty-seven year old man was killed in the morning hours in a vehicle accident which occurred at 0730 CST in the three hundred block of East St. Francis Avenue. The victim was killed when the vehicle he was driving was hit by a pickup truck. Two to three inches of snow along with blowing snow with winds of thirty-five miles per hour contributed to the accident.
