Event narrative (NOAA)

One inch of snow on U.S. Highway 287 near the Canadian River Bridge contributed to icy conditions which led to a one vehicle accident in which a nineteen year old female was killed. The vehicle in which she was driving in rolled over. Three other passengers in the vehicle were injured.
