Event narrative (NOAA)

One person was killed, when the car she was riding in hit a patch of ice on Interstate 25, 25 miles north of Cheyenne. The car rolled across the highway, throwing the victim partly out of the car and pinning her beneath it. The driver of the car was also injured.
