Snowfall amounts between 6 and 9 inches were observed across several locations throughout the county. The highest accumulation report was recieved out of the City of Martinsville, where 8.5 inches was measured. A brief period of sleet was also reported during this storm.||An 80 year old woman died of hypothermia on Saturday January 23rd after becoming stuck outside of her home from 5 PM EST Saturday to 11:30 AM EST Sunday.
