Event narrative (NOAA)

A mix of winter precipitation resulted in hazardous travel conditions across Talladega County. Snow accumulations up to two and a half inches were reported. A male, 71, was found outdoors in Childersburg, suffering from severe hypothermia and later died (direct) on Wednesday, January 29th.
