Event narrative (NOAA)
Heavy snowfall across the county caused a roof to collapse and kill an individual as he was working inside. In addition, a man was struck by a snow plow as the snow plow was backing up into the individuals driveway and ran over him. A local animal shelter roof collapsed south of New Richmond due to the heavy wet snow. Snowfall averaged around 18 inches across the county.
