An EF3 tornado better known for its impacts it Bucks County, PA began briefly in Philadelphia County, PA. The tornado touched down near Southampton Road, Kelvin Avenue, and Trevose Road where it uprooted and blew down large limbs from a |few softwood and hardwood trees. The tornado then moved into Bucks County, with trees uprooted at the county line.
