Event narrative (NOAA)

Multiple trees and powerlines were reported down throughout Springfield and portions of western and southern Greene County. Springfield City Utilities reported hundreds of poles and transformers along with miles of line. Tree damage was extensive with an estimated 30,000 cubic yards of tree debris collected.
