Event narrative (NOAA)

A 45 year old male, riding a moped, struck a downed tree on State Route 17, near County Road 200 North. The driver was ejected and pronounced dead at a local hospital. The time noted for this entry was when the accident happened. Thunderstorms were not occurring at the time, but had occurred on the 3rd.
