Event narrative (NOAA)

Strong winds caused a tree to fall on a car which was traveling north on Arkansas Highway 285 at Bono. The driver was killed and the passenger was injured. Shingles were blown off of a house in Conway. Several small trees were blown down. Damage was reported to homes and storage sheds. A utility pole fell into power lines near the Faulkner County Museum.
