A man died while kite surfing on lake Washington. A woman was injured in Kent when part of a tree fell on her. Ferry runs were halted for a time. On Bainbridge Island, downed trees and power lines blocked roads. Near Bonney Lake, a tree fell at an auto repair shop, damaging 5 vehicles.
