Event narrative (NOAA)

Tide levels reached 2 to 4 feet above ground level with the storm surge. Surge damaged parts of Corpus Christi Marina and numerous piers along Corpus Christi Bay. Surge inundated North Beach with water entering one business and one home. Surge damaged the Nueces Bay shoreline near the Port of Corpus Christi.
