Event narrative (NOAA)

Multiple broadcast media reported that an unresponsive male was rescued and given CPR at North Miami Beach, within the vicinity of the 8800 block of Collins Avenue. The individual was brought immediately to a hospital and passed away on April 21st. At the time of the rescue, rough surf and dangerous rip currents were ongoing along the coast.
