Event narrative (NOAA)

A 41 year old male tourist from South Carolina drowned in Wyndham Hotel R��o Mar in R��o Grande. According to the report, a 911 call was made to alert of a person that was dragged by currents while he was snorkeling. During the search and rescue, they found his body.
