Event narrative (NOAA)

A 37-year old man from Texas was caught in a rip current at the Coconut Point Park in Melbourne Beach around 1700 EST and disappeared. His body was recovered, without a pulse, a short distance to the north around 2100 EST. Three other people were also caught in the same rip current, but escaped uninjured.
