Event narrative (NOAA)

A 53-year old male was plucked from the ocean along an unguarded stretch of shore north of Lake Worth Beach and taken to the JFK Medical Center where he later died around noon. The man was reported to have a weak heart and lifeguards reported rip currents and choppy surf.
