Event narrative (NOAA)

The sheriff's office reported 3/4 to 1 inch of ice in Russellville overnight on the 26th, but much of it had melted by 6:00 AM on the 27th. An accident occurred on Arkansas Highway 7 between Russellville and Dardanelle due to ice.
