Event narrative (NOAA)

A 51-year-old male was found in a creek under a bridge on 150th Avenue in Largo. The creek was swollen due to heavy rains from Tropical Storm Debby. The date and time of the death was estimated to be on the 24th. The body was found on the 27th.
