Event narrative (NOAA)
A 23 year old Washington man was killed in a one vehicle rollover on interstate 86 near milepost 56 and the Pocatello Regional Airport in Power County on December 17th at around 6:30 am. Some ice was reported to have formed in the dense freezing fog on the interstate along with very low visibility.
