Event narrative (NOAA)

The body of a man was found near his vehicle on Ohio Route 124, near the intersection of Ohio Route 772. The vehicle was found almost 700 feet inside signs placed in the roadway marking the road closed. Water inside the vehicle indicated that is had been at least half submerged in water. M58VE.
