Event narrative (NOAA)

Numeruous creeks, streams, ditches and rural roads in Logan County were flooded from the morning hours of October 30th until late in the morning of November 3rd. A 97 year old man drowned when he attempted to cross a water covered road about 0.5 mile south of Mt. Pulaski around 1030 AM CST October 31st.
