Widespread flash flooding occurred in lower Bucks County with many road closures and vehicles stranded. There were numerous water rescues. Most waterways in the county overflowed, including the Delaware River (with a highly unusual quick response to the runoff), Neshaminy Creek, Tohickon Creek and the East Branch of the Perkiomen Creek. Many buildings and homes were flooded.
