Event narrative (NOAA)

Heavy rain overnight produced flash flooding that washed away the FM 2900 bridge across the Llano River in Kingsland. A body was recovered near Kingsland and it was determined that this fatality came from a flood in the city of Junction the previous week. Damage to the bridge is estimated at 20 million dollars.
