Event narrative (NOAA)

Water was reported to be flowing over Highway 313 near Soap Creek. Heavy rainfall impacted streams draining into the St Xavier area. In addition, a body was found in a flooded vehicle at the Koyamas Pond recreation area near the Big Horn River.
