Event narrative (NOAA)
A 44 year old white female was walking down CR 4583 when she fell and was swept off the road by swift flood waters. County Emergency officials tried to rescue her but she was unable to hold onto a lift rope and she drowned. Time of death was approximated around 330 pm cdt.
