Event narrative (NOAA)

Two feet of swift moving flood water over a low water crossing washed a vehicle off of the road resulting in a water rescue. One woman drowned as she was swept out of the vehicle and carried downstream. The man was also swept out of the vehicle and was carried up on an embankment and survived with minor injury.
