Event narrative (NOAA)
A college student walked onto the grounds of a bus garage at around 2:15am but was not found until 7am. He had suffered from long-term exposure to sub-zero temperatures and was later pronounced dead at the hospital. Temperatures early in the morning ranged from -8 to -12��F.
