The Racine County Medical Examiner's Office reported hypothermia as the underlying cause of death of a man who fell from a bluff into Lake Michigan. The man was found along the shoreline partially encased in ice. Temperatures ranged from the single digits late Sunday evening to below zero for much of Monday morning.
