Event narrative (NOAA)
A homeless man was found deceased in an alcove near a liquor store. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's office determined hypothermia as the cause of death. Intoxication was another significant condition in his death. Temperatures ranged from 15-30 degrees throughout the calendar day.
