Event narrative (NOAA)

A 19 year-old man died as a result of hypothermia when he wandered away from the Chateau Hotel in Bloomington on January 26th. He was found in a field and pronounced dead at 8:25 AM. Air temperatures were in the single digits and wind-chill readings ranged from -3 to -8 at the time of his death.
