Event narrative (NOAA)

A man was found frozen to death near Wright Historical Park in Dublin. The man was discovered the morning of February 1st. A cold front had come through during the night with temperatures falling into the teens by daybreak and strong north winds sustained at 20-25 mph with higher gusts.
