Event narrative (NOAA)

A 44 year old man apparently exited his vehicle to walk about one mile to his house after his vehicle became stuck in the snow on Kernan Blacktop. Friends and family searching for him found him only a few hundred feet from his vehicle. They transported him to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
