Snow machiner was buried by an avalanche Saturday. Alaska State Troopers said that the same snowmachiner had been caught in an avalanche earlier in the day while trying to highmark in the bowl. The body was found Sunday morning, using trained dogs and avalanche probes, under about 4 1/2 feet of snow, lying face up. The helmet was found about 40 feet uphill from where the body was found.
